About Zalari

Built for legal work

Zalari begins with the legal question and the source behind an answer.

DeepCounsel develops Zalari with Nyamaropa Technologies as technology partner to help practitioners explore case law in an early research preview and inspect the source behind an answer. Team workspaces and private deployments are available; drafting remains experimental.

Legal work depends on context. A useful AI tool should keep sources and documents close enough to verify, without taking professional judgment out of the process.

Our current focus is source-led research for individuals and teams. Broader drafting and review workflows are being explored; experimental output is not ready for client advice, filing, or other production legal work.

Zalari is a research preview, not legal advice or a substitute for the practitioner responsible for a matter.

Our values
What shapes everything we build
Clarity over complexity
Legal work depends on a clear trail from question to authority. We keep sources within reach so every important proposition can be checked.
Context over fragments
Team workspaces give organizations a shared place to explore research. Confirm file handling and review arrangements for your setup before using confidential material.
Southern Africa first
Zalari begins with Southern African legal sources and supports the work practitioners do around them.

Research to review
A better legal tool keeps the reasoning visible. DeepCounsel builds Zalari around the work of finding and checking authority. The research preview is available now; drafting remains experimental and requires professional judgment.
