WHEREAS it has come to the Court’s attention that the judgment contained a patent error in its body in the penultimate paragraph on page 4. WHEREFORE the error is hereby corrected by the deletion of the “US Dollars” and substitution of “Zimbabwe (ZWL) currency” so that the paragraph reads; “Therefore, the claim in casu not having been assessed before the effective date in 2019, the claim did not convert to Zimbabwe (ZWL) currency as stipulated by Section 22 of the Finance Act No 02/19.” G.
